Today we are gonna talk about food, which of course was an extremely important part of our detox weekend. Even though I'm a really healthy eater, holidays are definitely a part of the year when eating clean can be quite challenging (if not impossible), so it was great to get back on track with Grand Hotel Primus' Be fit program. We started our little trip with a delicious breakfast, followed by healthy and nutritious lunch and dinner. Fresh ingredients, lots of spices, no sugar and reduced salt are some of the key principles that Be Fit program follows when preparing their delicious meals.
But as life is all about moderation, on our way back home we stopped by restaurant Ribič, which may not offer as healthy courses as Be Fit program. but their food is simply divine! I was blown away by their lobster spaghetti, not to mention the dessert which as an explosion of different flavors, giving us a true gourmet experience!
