Total look NewYorker

As my last part of collaboration with NewYorker, I wanted to share some of my favorite exercises that keep me in shape. When working out at home, I like to do sort of a mix of different pilates exercises, combined with some really simple, classic, but really effective workout moves, such as "the hundred", low plank, "swimming", criss-cross and leg lifts. Together with Insanity workout and voila, that's how my simple workout routine looks like!
