Magnifique holidays (part two)

Monday, 22 December 2014

From princess moments, to old Hollywood, I'm extremely happy to share with you the second part of 'Magnifique holidays' series and our collaboration with Slovenian designer Maja Ferme. On of the biggest components of her design is art, as she believes that 'art is something that can nurture us and makes us more human.' Therefor for this shoot we decided to bring out a little bit of that old Hollywood glamour, as movie has always been of the biggest part of the creative industry, with powerful women taking their lead, which is definitely something that we were trying to capture within this look.

For the makeup Kaja decided to focus on the lips, making them deep, glossy red and making the skin look even more glowy, but keeping the eyes really simple which gives them a little bit more of a softer and effortless look. When it comes to hair it was all about the sleek texture as Matevž told me, as he created a high bun, but transformed it into a seemingly seamless updo and a breath of couture.

So I hope you like the final result, I'd once again like to thank my incredible team as they are all so incredibly talented and I feel really privileged to have a chance of working with them and I'm really proud of what we came up with! :)

Have a nice beginning of the week everyone!

Love,
Tesa
